REGISTRATION
The Registration Fee
Includes:
Participation in Scientific Sessions, Poster Viewing and
Exhibition, Conference Programme and Abstract Book, Lunch, teas/coffee, Welcome
Reception and Poster Viewing "Tapas" Reception and VAT where applicable.

*Note on the Early Registration
Deadline: Early Registration discounts apply to payments made or invoiced on or
before 31st August 2008. Invoice must be paid within 14 days to secure the
Early Registration rate. After 14 days, the Late Registration rate will be
due.
As the event is held
in the EU, VAT is chargeable on Registration Fees.
HOWEVER, if your organization is registered for VAT in one of the Member States
of the EU, you will not be charged VAT.
YOU MUST however input your
organization's VAT Registration Number of the Registration Form where indicated.
Please select the Delegates from EU Member States with a VAT Registration
Number (NO VAT PAYABLE) - NOT Paying by Credit Card or Delegates from EU
Member States with a VAT Registration Number (NO VAT PAYABLE) - paying by Credit
Card depending upon how you wish to pay.
Please note, if you do not have or fail to input your organization VAT Number,
you will not be able to complete the booking form and will need to select one of
the other options for registration. Delegates from EU Member Organizations who
do not have a VAT Registration Number will have to pay the VAT
All other delegates from outside the EU will be charged VAT and should select select
Delegates Paying by Credit Card or Delegates Paying OTHER than by Credit Card,
depending upon how you wish to pay and re-claim the VAT through their
organizations international accounting systems.
Payments
Payment made after 12th November
will be subject to the On-Site Registration rate.
Payment Methods
Credit or debit card using Maestro,
Mastercard or Visa. Please note there will be a 4% charge added to your
total Registration fees to cover credit card company costs.
International electronic transfer - full details are available
on-line upon registration
Cheque in € drawn on a UK bank.

Only Registrations received with
full payment will be registered for the Conference.

Accommodation
For convenience at the time of registration, the organizers have asked a local
reservation agency to offer an accommodation booking service.
Block bookings with various hotels in Granada have been arranged.

Guidance on discounted late bookings: The Organizers have
endeavored to obtain the best rates possible on the basis of block bookings.
However, it may be possible for individuals to obtain cheaper rates if bookings
are made shortly before the conference, either via agencies on the internet or
direct to a hotel. Your request for rates for late bookings will be
subject to availability.
